Re: Tweeter Repairs
Thanks for that DQ. An internet search seems to show that the vifa d26nc-15-06 is indeed discontinued. Does anyone know enough to say whether either of these would be suitable replacements? They're the only ones I can find with that particular rectangular form factor. This one d26nc-55-06 looks iden...

Tweeter Repairs
Hi all - anyone here know of anyone offering a tweeter repair service? One of the tweeters in my Royd RR2's has bit the dust, and the company I was relying on to repair it says they don't do tweeters. I'd really like to get it sorted, as they're my favourite listen at the moment, and they're so rare...

Absolutely no reason why you should get into them Jammy. That's why there are so many different musicians out there... if we all liked the sam...

The National: Alligator.
Have these guys made a bad album yet? Love everything they've done, and they even named this album after a Grateful Dead song

Nice, chilled, well produced and of the 'world music' genre, with a hint of Eastern promise...

I'm looking forward to hearing it, and will report my impressions on the cable once it's been in my system for a while.

There is only one thing that is important, your music and if you are happy with it - THE ONLY CRITERIA OF A GOOD SYSTEM... Then I have a good system based on those criteria. The BMU was a performance quantum leap for me, so I assume that's taken care of any issues with the electricity suppl...

Re: SSPmk2 Oh Gawd,,,,,
TIS is very much cake icing, if the system is not looking for what it does or is masking those charcteristics then basically the system is not ready for it. Doc, you may remember that I had the TIS on loan a while back, and my gut feeling was that it was overkill for my 'Black Box' based system. If...
