I take it you are talking about the transformer's regulation Phillip ? IME it is usually small transformers that produce a higher than advertised voltage when loaded with a much smaller current draw than they are specified at.
Even if the voltage was higher then the regulators will drop it to the same voltage as it was before.

Well that's were youd be wrong. They both produce secondaries of 30v.
As did the original 50va transformer.

Twas supposed to a picture of my definitive mono blocks.
625va 45v transformer and 33,000 uf per mono with some boards I discoverd. And a green led per box.
I'll have to figure out why it isn't loading.

It's uses the motor, idler, bearing and platter of a lenco. The rest is discarded. The ptp refers to the metal structure you buy to support the lenco parts.
