savvypaul I am not sure how to pm Tomasz I do not know his username. I tried just Tomasz but no luck. I am sure there is an easy way to find out but I couldn't find it.

Found it , packed it up. My leg was spasming today so couldn't walk to post office.

Will do tomorrow morning. I'm planning to send cheapest delivery , do you want it first class or second class.

I've been enjoying reading this thread, as a bystander.

I think Richard Dunn would be proud of this thread and the help and can do attitude shown in it.

Is there any chance of you posting photos floydfan? Assuming there's no NVA commercial secrets that would be given away by these photos?

Daniel , sorry for the delay in answering. I have, believe or not, been making a slatted shelf to fit a wardrobe and my joinery skills are pretty poor. I now have a few saw cuts on my right hand. No rush for the transformer but probably best 1st class.
Lindsay I would have no problem with a photo but Daniel might have more interesting ones. Don't think there would be a problem concerning commercial secrets as the NVA website has a photograph of the board in the description of the P1.

There is no secret about what is (and what isn't) inside...the value is in knowing why.

You can test it to definitely make sure it's the transformer, if you want .

Put the blue and brown on a plug . Plug in and multimeter black and red orange and then yellow and red orange.

They should show 25v ac . If it's broke one or both won't show 25v
