Why you would comment on your own personal pms and emails with regard to the original post is beyond me.
None of which address the question, .Imo
As I said I'm off now to listen to some stuff.
Enjoy your evening. :guiness;
Whatever. I can't help that it is beyond you.

It seems that your posts are thinly veiled attempts at picking arguments for the sake of it. And, I have better things to do than be bothered with that.

So, I am going to take your advice to 'let go'. Specifically, I am going to let you go.

Enjoy your holiday.

It's an output inductor and parallel damping resistor in a box. You can make one for pennies although don't use one as they are work of the devil

Made by Jez Arkless. It appears to be a very crude external Zobel network.

There is absolutely no guarantee that it will protect NVA amplifiers.

If you use one and damage your amp, we won't repair your amp - not 'we won't repair it for free' but 'we won't repair it - full stop'. You can then ask Jez to compensate you.

In any case, if you want an amp with filtering and protection, and you want to use high capacitance cables that damage the sound, why did you buy an NVA amp in the first place?

Can you, as NVA owner, complain to Ebay that this description is misleading & potentially damaging?

Every time one appears for sale?

Jez is making the claims. I will post here, and I'll be happy to advise anyone who enquires...but I am not responsible for every idiot who thinks they know better.

It's not a zobel. That is a capacitor and resistor in series to ground. Naim amps have already got a zobel on the output. A Thiele network is an inductor with a damping resistor in parallel to it which are both in series with the signal. they do different jobs. Naim amps don't have the inductor hence why a certain length of NACA is specified because the cores are distanced which provides the necessary inductance.

I have just read the ebay link.

Absolutely zero point in putting one of these on the end of a NVA. I can't believe he has put NVA in the list that might benefit. With low cap cables there is no need. The bit about long messy cables is refering to Naim who specify a certain length even if you don't need it.

I removed the input coupling capacitor, thiele network and zobel network from the output of my Avondale amplifier boards shortly after Richard sold me the NVA ones. Transparent my arse. The Avondale boards sounded much better without all that and nothing went POP.

I think some people listen for very different things compared to what we do here. Oh and nothing beats a pretty graph and the claim that your amplifier is unconditionally stable

From the sales blurb:

There is NO SONIC BENEFIT offered neither should there be any expected,
