My regular Pi supplier has a special weekend discount of 14% on everything.

Have ordered an Allo USBridge Sig. Couldn't help myself.

Still waiting for the Allo USBridge Sig to be shipped. Everything is disrupted by current circumstances so it might be a while yet.

Messing around with USB connections, I took the Schiit Wyrd out of the path ant plugged the AQ Carbon directly from the Tinkerboard into the DAC.
Sound was excellent. Detailed and fast, but somehow a bit brittle and glaring.
Putting the Wyrd back in and it is obvious how it enriches the performance with a fuller, more relaxed and listenable character.

Wondering what the Allo unit will do ... :think:

As a community nhs worker I’m still out and about so transferred the jitterbug to the Clarion head unit and input iPhone via lightning cable.
Must say it’s impressive- car has never sounded so good- high volume is delightfully clear
