Break-in
Over the weekend we were burgled I had two MacBook Pro’s stolen (one not working) My BMU all boxed up ready for montechristo358 to collect fortunately they were disturbed so that’s all that was taken and the good news is the Police think they know who their where.

Sorry to hear. A nightmare you could well do without. Hope the police catch them. How did they access your property?

Re: Break-in
I am very sympathetic, it is a terrible thing. Happened to me around 25 years ago. The police said they knew who it was but could not ro anything about it. Had an alarm put in straight after.
On a similar note, when walking recently a speeding motor bike sped by me and then stopped. I was playing music on my phone and was asked if I had taken a video of him. Seemed very suspicious and even more so when a motorbike stolen from someone's garden was reported on a local website a day later.

Re: Break-in
I had a break-in 10 years ago and laptops, phones, other gadgetry and my wallet were stolen. Police never did a thing.
Still make a last round every night to make sure the place is locked up.
Man is approached by seedy character in pub.
"ere mate, wanna buy a BMU?".

Re: Break-in
That's a crappy thing to happen, I was lucky when some scrotes tried get in, the dog I had at the time who was a normally big and daft lab cross went nuts and chased them the length of the street after they legged it. I was lucky not to lose anything.

Re: Break-in
Awful thing to happen, I hope the police manage to get the bastards.
My main concern is that if we were burgled that my dog could get hurt - she is a Staffie, but as soft as the softest thing that you can think of.

Re: Break-in
Bastards. I'll bet the twats don't even know what a BMU is when they open the box and flog it down their local for a tenner to pay for their next hit.
I also worry about our dogs as I think they probably would have a go but are only small, both Jack Russel sized mongrels. Hopefully, if it ever happens, they will make such a racket beforehand that the intruders would leg-it.
