I think you might have problems. My initial post on this thread was something of a shot from the hip after I had had a few and found out my package had not be downgraded after numerous requests. Now I am convinced it is a language problem and nothing more sinister. I am making progress but things are not completely sorted. One reply was all in French. I think it is luck of the draw and you need to hope that someone with a good understanding of English responds.
