Rockers (or Greebos as we used to call them) would be playing rock 'n roll, then slightly later they'd be playing Led Zep, Motorhead, that kinda stuff.

Aye then the northern mods went all Northern Soul from the late 60s, through the 70s where it was all Fred Perry T shirts, airline bags, brogues or cherries, white socks and baggy trousers with 32 inch bottoms.
