I suspect karnevil never would have liked Rush in the first place. We never as kids. Didn't consider them to be prog.

You are right about Camel though. Their discography contains some truly essential albums for the prog connoisseur.

Me, I like Rush - and mostly their synth-period with 'Moving Pictures', 'Signals' and 'Grace Under Pressure'. But I'll agree that old Karny-boy will not view them as 'proper' Prog.

I view 70s Rush as heavy prog. On three of their albums one track took up a whole side. A big influence on Dream Theatre.
