A Brand New Karns

Karns has decided to move on & put all his past Prog Beliefs, arguments & Strict Regime he once lived by to one side. Also the Stereo Equipment is down to Nothing special & what sounds ok to Karney-boyo & most convenient, it treads on what is De Rigueur in the Audio World but who cares, My Ears my Stereo.

The Biggy decision was The CD clear out. All im keeping is the below CD's. No more These stay & will never change. I was going to put the rest of my Collection away in boxes but decided to pass them on the my old mate down the road.. Best policy for me is to move on & not keep anything other than the ones i decided to Keep.

One good thing out of it is Karns does not have to spend any more money or Argue anything on a forum which makes for a good lad. A Yes man

& Where is the 1st Genesis album? Karns always hated it he much prefers to ignore the fact it exists. This may apply to the VDGG 'Aerosol' album yet, still thinking about omitting it!

I seriously couldn't channel my musical tastes into three or four band's output from a certain time frame. I NEED my vinyl and CD collection whatever... as well as streamign options as and when.

I wish I had more time for exploring music, but for me it has largely become a tool, it has to be good, but I have to make it better that is what turns me on. I mostly run internet radio now, but signing up for Tidal may change that. I split my time between not too extreme Jazz, cannot bare the discordant stuff, Radio Swiss Jazz, Classical, Radio Swiss Classics, and Radio Paradise, less and less of this as a lot of it gets on my pip.

I have just the one album from that list. ('Lizard').

If you were to hold a gun to my head and demand that I part with all but ten of my albums, I'd settle for:

Half Man Half Biscuit: This Leaden Pall

Half Man Half Biscuit: Achtung Bono

Iggy & The Stooges: Raw Power

Rolling Stones: Exile on Main Street

Bob Dylan: Blonde on Blonde

Big Star: Radio City

David Bowie: Hunky Dory

Van Morrison: Saint Dominic's Preview

Love: Forever Changes

Velvet Underground: Loaded
