Re: Brexit
Not EU nazi-propaganda - but UK Brexit-stupidity propaganda:
"Brexit: No-deal would lead to immediate food and medicine shortages, government 'doomsday' study claims
'The supermarkets in Cornwall and Scotland will run out of food within a couple of days, and hospitals will run out of medicines within two weeks,'"

Re: Brexit
This is not an answer to why frety is talking nonsense. For what it's worth I agree in 1973 we were saved by joing the eu. But to label fretty complete nonsense on the basis of an argument eu officials are Nazis is ermDr Bunsen Honeydew wrote: ↑Sat Jun 16, 2018 2:10 pmComplete feckin' nonsense. Is the EU employing the same type propaganda people as Nazi Germany, seems like it with the level of lies and bullshit going on.Fretless wrote: ↑Sat Jun 16, 2018 1:35 pm .... So you could say that joining the Common Market saved the UK from the bankruptcy it might return to by leaving the EU.
Even the Brexit minister admits that within 2 weeks of the customs border closing there will be severe shortages throughout the UK of petrol, essential medicines and foodstuffs.
If we pull the plug the only country to go bankrupt will be Ireland so YOU will have to bail them out, OH! I forget you do that already. Along with Greece, Spain, Portugal, and now Italy and.............................
The main difference is we will no longer help you pay for it so MORE money needed from you and Germany and...........to cough up, that is what is pissing off the EU, it always boils down to money and ego and hubris in the end.

Re: Brexit
Can you put that in English.
If I interpret it correctly you still need to read it.
"Is the EU employing the same type propaganda people as Nazi Germany, seems like it with the level of lies and bullshit going on."

Re: Brexit
Because you are subject to the bullshit and cannot see the wood for the trees.
The wood will still be there. Just with a great mound of cow dung in the middle of it. Burn down the EU parliament and sack all the eediot slurpers that hang out there and the dung will magically dissapear.

Re: Brexit
It is 'worst case' scenario modelling.Dr Bunsen Honeydew wrote: ↑Sat Jun 16, 2018 3:26 pmTypical sensational newspaper bullshit to sell newspapers, and only eeeediots will take it seriously, which I am sure you are not doingFretless wrote: ↑Sat Jun 16, 2018 3:08 pm Not EU nazi-propaganda - but UK Brexit-stupidity propaganda:

The EU may might be modelling the 'worst case' scenario outcomes of losing all UK payments.
Both would be political choices rather than legal necessity.
