Utterlessly Pointless discussion about Prog
Re: Utterlessly Pointless discussion about Prog
Well, it's your gaff. Appreciate being given an opportunity to try and give him a little bit of support though.

You don't seem to be getting much back-up in your opinion.

Lyrics are a tad too "happy" for my liking though - but then again , so are YES.
Speaking of YES , parts of this remind of American YES, Starcastle, no?
Thanks for this!
My pleasure, Missy. Always happy to share great music.
Starcastle is another underappreciated act, even more derivative of 70's Yes. Their first LP is certainly worthwhile.

Sadly not. Thought the proggers might have chipped in with a little bit of support.Dr Bunsen Honeydew wrote: ↑Mon May 14, 2018 7:03 pm You don't seem to be getting much back-up in your opinion.

Usually because they irritated him first though. I reckon Classicrock might come up trumps when he next visits.

Nonsense, he creates his own problems, he started irritating from the first couple of posts. He irritates me that's for sure.
If you are right you will get back-up if not adios Andre. BUT if back and he challenges me again as admin he will be gone again very quickly.
So democracy in action.

Re: Utterlessly Pointless discussion about Prog
Personally I think the problem is any rigid categorization of music. I like loads of music that I may regard as Prog, and even more that I don't. Personally I think its something (putting things into boxes) you did when you were 16, but I hope I have grown out of it by now.
