OK, OK, so the format may have a few limitations...Vinyl-ant wrote: ↑Tue Mar 20, 2018 7:17 pm Each hifi forum puts together a system for a (sensible) set amount, say £1,500.
What would AT fetch? Nobody really knows what their diy efforts cost, i could hazard a guess at the cost of some of my bits and pieces cost but thats all.
I built all my Tts, have a phono stage that I built using nuvistors, built the speakers and the passive pre is one of mine, the pass f5 clone came my way as part payment for something so I have no idea how much the build for it cost.
Between at members we could put together an awesome system, and tell everyone it cost 23p......
And put a fence round it so nobody got a rather large shock......

PFP has posted his thoughts. No mention of refunding advance ticket buyers who could not make it because of the weather, or making their ticket valid for next year.

Re: Kegworth HiFi show
The weather isn't his fault.
He could make a gesture of goodwill, though...a small discount off next year for those with unused 2018 tickets. He's probably going to put the prices up, anyway.

I can't be part of it, you have to organise it between you. AND I can't supply product, it has to be your own ones.
