Out of the 50 I haven't heard or heard of one of them. One or two possibly worth investigating.... out of 50.
Primare CD22. Primare DAB/FM radio. SSP to NVA AP70 and AP10H(JS) with Denon AH-D7100's. LS5 to Cube2's.

I've heard of quite a few of the acts and a few odd tracks here and there. However I have not bought any of the 50.

I never dismiss anything until I've heard it for myself. Just because I've never heard of someone, doesn't mean I might not like it.

I would not consider investigating anything recommended by the Guardian. I go on word of mouth, Facebook friends and Planet Rock.

I find forums a good source for suggestions. In particular there's a couple of the regulars on WHF who I take notice of. They listen to a lot more new music than I do and are worth following.

Own 9 of the 50 all on vinyl. 2017 has been a good year for new stuff.
If you don’t already people ought to try a streaming service (good hires ones available) and use them as a ‘new music’ finding tool, I use TIDAL HIFI but there are a few to choose from. Well worth the cost of a CD or two per month.
