Good morning gents,
Help me out here.... if I was to bi amp my speakers with NVA monoblocks two for tweeter two for mid / bass driver. Would A40 for tweeters and A70 for mid/bass driver work? or should I essentially stay with the same power across the range?
Speakers ProAc D15 two way
TIA

Either way. Four A80 best music, then it goes down but even a A20 will do tweeters. And don't forget the other bi-amp possibility of 2 x A60, one stereo amp per speaker bi-amping. It is all down to how much room you have for amps and how much spare dosh. More money more music (blimey have I invented a new NVA catch line ).

Possibly... but hasn't that been the maxim of hi-fi manufacturers/merchants for the last thirty or forty years?
Primare CD22. Primare DAB/FM radio. SSP to NVA AP70 and AP10H(JS) with Denon AH-D7100's. LS5 to Cube2's.

Yes, but with NVA it's true!kimangelis wrote: ↑Thu Sep 28, 2017 7:29 pm Possibly... but hasn't that been the maxim of hi-fi manufacturers/merchants for the last thirty or forty years?
Audio Grail "Sable" Garrard 401 with Cumbrian Green Slate plinth / Audiomods 6 / Benz Micro Gullwing SLR, Phono 2, NVA INT400sa. (Oh and a Copland CDA823 CD Player, for when I fancy a bit of the devil's spawn!)
