I'm touring through what was previously Yugoslavia with a laptop full of FLAC files, Nuforce DAC & a jitterbug, Fiio portable player and headphones from Grado, Sony & Koss.
Yes, I am a music junkie but at night it helps to mask the snoring from the next pillow.

I'm lucky that my next pillow does not snore. :grin:
Brought with me a Dragonfly and portable AKG cans. Still on the beach. :guiness;

I'm now in the cafe of the Grand Hotel Rogaska in Slovenia. Huge old place built around 1800 for the European nobility who came here for the thermal baths.

Both the beer and the wines here are rather good. :grin: :guiness;

I love thermal baths, make sure you have one, and volcanic mud as well if they do it.

You are expected to drink the mineral water here as well. - tastes like Bicarbonate of Soda. Yuk.

Did go for a stiff walk in the hills this morning, the thermal baths afterwards did wonders for my aching muscles and joints.

Don't like mud baths though.

Back from three and a half weeks in Kenya. We go there every couple of years as Mrs 2112 has family and we have a business interest.
Split the time between Nairobi and a good breach resort, all drinks inclusive :guiness;. No safari as the prices have got silly and the wildlife is getting less and less. The hifi is sounding better than ever after all the tiz and bang I had to endure.

I agree about our beautiful country. We have been abroad nearly as much as home this year. A different situation now the warmer months are here and a second grandchild due soon.
