I found this when I started a cable company up a few year ago, I do not agree with all it conclusions but the site is worth a read.

Interesting read, I am glad I didn't pay anything much for my speaker cables.

Mine still have the price tag from Newbury Radio Ilford 3s 6D what a rip of.
