Then I designed a cabinet to house it all.
Behold, the "Jet-Set" console:

This mono beastie is going to house a music server, CD ripper, wi-fi router, DAC and a mono EL34 valve amplifier.

I like 'fifties style.

More will follow when I get going with the construction.

It's trad dad. :lol:

I took delivery this morning of a 1m x 1m piece of genuine "Rexine" leathercloth, in a nice shade of burgundy, from a supplier of stuff for restoring vintage jukeboxes and Dansette type record players.
This will be used either side of the "basketweave" Tygan speaker grille, as can be seen in the drawing.
