No this is the test for me to see if I want to make it a product, but so far not enough interest to go beyond the ten.

Re: New!!!!! NVA CD players
Doc. I want one, but am in the middle of a house move just now so money is variable. I don't want to advertise my Rega player/DAC on Fleabay as if the project doesn't happen I'm player-less. Can you just pencil me in on to the list?
Primare CD22. Primare DAB/FM radio. SSP to NVA AP70 and AP10H(JS) with Denon AH-D7100's. LS5 to Cube2's.

Re: New!!!!! NVA CD players
Just printed out a return note for the oppo 105, just doesn't match up to the NVA kit!!!
Prior to reading this thread I had been looking at a Marantz SA14SI but if there is a NVA CD round the corner I'd be up for it.
Couple of questions first though.
1.Could the statement version be one of the 10 ?
2.No mention of inputs (or did I miss this) USB, Coax, HDMI ? or would I need a stand alone DAC for other sources.
3.How long are you thinking to keep the order book open?

Re: New!!!!! NVA CD players
The Statement one could be done as one offs, but only if I get the ten orders for the Black Box one as the work would be done with those. Statement products are NVAs with multiple massive power supplies and sexy cases. There has been a Statement one before it was called the TFS, and there are about ten of them out there somewhere. But even though I helped with them they weren't mine and I can't build them as the approach was from a donor computer, this the approach is from a donor DVD player.
If you get a Black Box one you can trade it up to a Statement one. BUT I must do the Black Box one first.
