Kenwood KA 7300 needs a doctor - East London / Essex area.

Hi there
Could anyone please recommend a good specialist to rescue my Kenwood KA 7300?
Long time ago I sold my speakers and packed this amp to the storage.
Today after reading whole thread on Head-Fi about vintage amps and various headphones I wanted to check if and how amp like this can drive my HE-6.
After unpacking and connecting amp produced almost no sound so I opened it up and gave it a good DeoxIT treatment.
Well everything seemed to be OK but sound was a bit funny and after closer inspection I found a serious problems in PSU department. (or I think that's how it is called;] )
please see photos: (hope links are allowed)

I remember vaguely that I had some problems with this amp in the past but I was already selling my speakers and turning into headphone guy,
and I wasn't too worried then.
Now I realise that combination of vintage amp and modern ortho-dynamic headphone might be very interesting paring and I need
some trusted person near East London / Essex to estimate how much would it cost to fix and hopefully carried out repair.
