I was so close to getting the second speaker running I rushed and didn't double check myself. I stupidly connected the positive rail of the input / driver stage power supply to the earth bus. Switch on and three small capacitor go off like fireworks inside the speaker it has wrecked the PCB so I have stripped it out but I am not rushing again I will take my time fitting the new one - we learn as we go along
