Serious topic drift. But...
PHPBB is the software we us for the forum - they have nothing to do with hosting or content.
noadforum.com is the old forum host - they host free phpbb fora - that might be the route to go through but need to figure out exactly how to contact someone.

Ta! I would much appreciate sorting this out. If that man was a normal human being he would just give you the codes and hand it back seeing as what he has done is completely illegal.
