If you haven't heard of him that's fine, try to see him live, he tours UK most of the time
I have probably seen him perform over a dozen times
Get "Live at the Boardwalk" to hear his guitar work at its best.....
He is one of the best acoustic guitarists you will ever hear

Wow. That's a real statement. I admit I haven't heard him yet, but I'm thinking Tommy Emmanuel, Antonio Forcioni and Preston Reed. I shall be on Youtube and sSpotify shortly.

Back from a trip to Spotify. As a drunk music lecturer once expounded to me at a Nick Harper gig: 'Most music is made for supermarkets, this is the real stuff.' Playing in Colne tonight. I could've made that. Pity.

Just pokin' my nose in - if you like acoustic guitar you might also try Adrian Legg and Phil Keaggy. Both of those guys make me want to burn my guitars and take up something simple like nailing jelly to a ceiling.

Nah, you just need to buy yourself some banjo pegsslinger wrote:Adrian Legg
This could develop into quite a list. Just sticking to the relatively obscure artists for acoustic guitar I'd add Darren Dutson Bromley and Eric Roche

Ah, but this is an acoustic list (and relatively unknown and not classical). Unless you've got some Bonamassa acoustic tracks up yer sleeve. Like Bonamassa - check http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6dUJPubNdI. Now she does some acoustic http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJjGgTFq ... ure=relmfu

Yep. No hiding behind effects pedals on acoustic! Thanks for the link.

Phil Keaggy, WOW, now this chap can play. Did you know he has a finger missing on one of his hands. I have been a phil keaggy fan since I was in my mid teens.slinger wrote:Just pokin' my nose in - if you like acoustic guitar you might also try Adrian Legg and Phil Keaggy.
