Click on "user control Panel" top left. Click on profile tab, and then on the left click on avatar. Put a tick in delete image. Click submit at the bottom. For new picture, find one you like on the web, save it to your desk top or picture folder. Then go through the same process here until you get back to avatar page, then click choose file and it will link to your computer where you select your picture (but look at size restriction if you try to select a picture too big it will reject it, you will have to photoshop the picture to a correct size). Then save it and you have your new avatar.
EDIT:- just seen applemarc beat me to it but I will let this stand.

Thanks chaps, I can safely bet you £100 I'll try this , not get it first time, get pissed off with it and just live with the Storm Trooper. :D
