The album is a total feckin'yawn, I am only half way through side two and I am yawning. It is so basic, so simple, so boring. There is absolutely nothing special about it, apart from it has loads of inky blackness for the hi-fi farts to wonder at and appreciate. That is basically because there seems to be more silence on the records than notes.

Pink Floyd - Relics.. The singles "See Emily Play" & "Arnold Layne" were in fake Stereo on the LP. This CD is the proper Mono jobbie.

Only "Arnold Layne" was only released as single before (the debut single of Pink Floyd), but "See Emily Play" was on "The Piper at the Gates of Dawn", the debut album, and both were originaly mono.

Currently listening to The Zombies, "Odessey and Oracle" - pure whimsy and a feast of mellotron, Hammond and Colin Blundstone.
Niiiice. 8-)

Im refering to 'Relics' compilation not the debut album. What im saying is both those singles were recorded in true Mono, but on the 'Relics' LP they were put on in Duophonic. This 'Relics' CD i have is of the two singles in the true Mono.
