it's lights the led all the time.
A multi meter shows the voltage 44.4 is constant.

As you have gone from an insulated case body (acrylic) to a metal case body are the connecting leads insulated from the casing ?
A photo or two might help us.
I normally use a torch and magnifying glass to examine connections in detail for things like bad joints and wires connected to the wrong terminal etc.

There are only 3 points of solder. Ground, rail 1 and rail 2. These are showing constant 44.5.
If it were broke, why would it sound fine as soon as the power turned off.

I don't know DQ, but broke (sic) is what it is.Daniel Quinn wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 2:01 pm There are only 3 points of solder. Ground, rail 1 and rail 2. These are showing constant 44.5.

Fault finding is a job that needs you to methodically go through everything, make NO assumptions.
Draw out the circuit on a large bit of paper (A4) and then go and check every wire and joint.

Would be nice if only for the people who offered help and those interested, if Tomasz reply was made on the forum as that's where it was asked. However I do understand that if it involves revealing how nva are put together then maybe a pm is required.

As this is my thread, I'll simply say I'm happy to accept advise communicated in any way the protagonist wants to.
I asked the question on the forum because it was easiest. I would request advance warning if somebody wants to advise me in sky writing. Thank you.

As this is your thread (sic) consider yourself advised. Actually I wasn't talking about the poster ,but rather the people who showed an interest in the post, protagonists, or not.
