Sturgill Simpson - Sound & Fury. His new album. Totally mind blowing stuff. Check out the Anime movie on Netflix to go along with the album. Can't wait to see him in Glasgow again roll on January.

Port Royal 'Flared Up'

Not usually a fan of 'remix' albums where other people get to reinterpret a band's music - but this one works a treat!
Ambient/shoegaze outfit Port-Royal have let various fellow artists like Ulrich Schnauss and Manual reimagine their 'Flares' album and it is even more dreamy and spaced-out than the original.
Nighttime melodies.
