I'd guess it's a fairly safe bet that 90% of forum members are white, heterosexual, middle-aged men, who are only offended at 'PC gorn mad' and can't understand how anyone not white, male and heterosexual could possibly be offended by racism, sexism or homophobia.

To answer your question properly, you would need to know the overall diversity policy of the organisation and their current and historical diversity figures.

If your question were 'Overall, is positive discrimination a good or bad thing?'...that would be easy to answer.
