A great example of just how important confidence and self belief is in elite sport. Last season people like TAA were on a roll and literally couldn't put a foot wrong. Now it's all so different, a few so so performance's and the critics start snipping, then social media picks up on it and suddenly everyone interested in footy is at it. Liverpool have not suddenly became a poor team ditto Klopp as a manager but they are definitely lacking the positive belief that made the difference over past few years and they and a lot of other teams look tired. I think city will win the league and Liverpool and Utd will get CL slots. The final champions league place will be a scrap between at least 4 maybe 5 clubs.
Ps as an life long Everton supporter I day dream it's us, it would be a nice surprise in what is a very unpredictable season
PPS it's easy to understand why Ashley Barnes angers opposing managers, he is a bit of a ****

My bet losing (just) was worth it.

Best thing about this is by the time this pandemic is over so will Liverpools dominance and it will be like it was a dream.

I am not particularly interested in how they play as I do not watch them very often, the fact remains they beat Liverpool which was my only interest last night.
