Electrolytic capacitors are polarity conscious, so they can normally only be fitted one way round.
Other capacitors are bipolar, but I have heard some say they can hear differences depending which way round they are.

Which direction ? Will I do damage , ie amp , if I fit them the wrong way round . I'm afraid I'm not even a novice

What are they, some are some aren't.
IMO never use electrolytic capacitors in crossovers even just as a protection cap as in this case.

Nah nothing lying around Peter . The crossovers were even missing from the donor speakers lol .

very similar to those I’ve used that came from donor Linn crossovers
