I prefer a nice thick black pudding !!.......
And the famous Orkney black pudding's made by Charles MacLeod is the worlds finest imho.

I think the white (weiss) German sausage is white because the animal is bled before killed so no blood in the meat = Wallace fav.
Black pudding is nothing but the blood and some chunks of fat = Jammy fav
