I can live with the noise between resistors, but I understand those that opt for a cost effective upgrade.

Are we talking a sq upgrade as well?

Clarity and separation. Subtle...but you won't want to go back.

I cannot find drawings and dimensions of P80 - as it is very old model - would have to see it inside to be certain SA will fit.
Nothing to see here...

The P80 is about the same size as a P50. Way bigger than my P90SA

Great to see new update being rolled out. Well done guys.

I have the P50SA.... is this upgrade worthwhile for me, yes I do get narked with the volume crackles now and again. :o If so is it the same price as above? I assumed it would be.

Or would I be better just jumping to a P90

If you don't need dual mono, stick with the 50SA.

The upgrade will give you silent and smooth operation and a subtle lift in clarity and separation.

Yes, price is the same.
