Yes that's what I was getting at...
Isn't Geoff Mulgan the ex advisor to Brown and Blair???
But he learnt that from me, it never even understood the polarity on a 12V car battery before he met me. It was my brains he hacked to line is and his mates pockets.keepitsimplestupid wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 6:42 pm The big TQ guy might be unappealing, but he's essentially correct. In digital-audio signals are encoded electrically as one of two voltage states, high or low. Neither of them is 0v so essentially it is just another analogue signal, it just happens to contain digital data that can be extracted when filtered.
I'm not surprised that he's a genuine know nothing, those who can do, those who can't steal.Colin Wonfor wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 8:30 pm

I talk dubious rubbish don't you know . I've had a stroke. No need to be a reticent corrector.
IMHO that's not a good comparison. Whether the trainers perform any differently is an irrelevance as for 99% of folk they're fashion items and they're prepared to pay for the different colour, style or whatever. Anyone can see the difference compared with your Tesco trainers, the same, perhaps, could not be said for most of the stuff discussed on this thread....
