Welcome, Peter. Glad you enjoyed the bake off. I'm planning on getting to, and hopefully hosting a few, bake offs when the school holidays are done. Been lurking for years and thought it was time to stick my head above this parapet.
62 years old and been passionate about music since I was 12 (the Hi Fi thing came as a progression from music collection)
Current list of "Stuff " really belongs in an antique or junk shop you choose
Turntables: Garrard 301 and 401 both in combination plinths comprising slate top plates and CLD plywood lower plinth.
Cartridges: Various shures and Stantons, Ortofon 2m Black, and a AT 33EV.
Pick up Arms AO PU7, Sme 3012 and a Jelco 750LB
Phono stages/SUT Highphonic HT P5 Puresound T10 and a Puresound P10
CD player Cambridge CXC
DACS Teac UD H01
Pre Amplifiers: Quad 34, Quad 44, and a Glasshouse TVC.
