Re: CUBIX PRO
We last saw our hero cursing a bit of ruched workmanship. What had briefly been a stereo system was back to mono. Has the smell of burning dissipated? Is there a new circuit board?

Re: CUBIX PRO
Haven't repaired it yet as Nadia came back from Italy with the flue and has given it to me. I am coughing like mad. Great lumps of gooo. All my energy is building orders that have come in they must take priority. It has to be stripped so it will take a day I will have to find from somewhere.
Re: CUBIX PRO
Man when you look at all the pain and suffering / highs and lows not to mention the time spent on the build itself you begin to see the price tag is indeed justified...i bet your glad you dont get too many orders for the Cubix Pro's Doc. (A shipment of 3 would tie you up for the year.....

Re: CUBIX PRO
I will finish them - I promise
Initial results from just one of the six cabs in mono was scarily good

Re: CUBIX PRO
Well I think I can say I know what a Cubix can do. I thought's Ash's impression summed it up: "The only think missing was the band"!
I suspect that one pair of these will give what I've got a run for it's money, if so it would be interesting to hear how the sound develops as they are stacked up.

Re: CUBIX PRO
Does anyone have a pic of these speakers, or indeed the "Cubix?"
I've got a pretty good idea what they must look like, but all the old likes to pix have expired.

I think I might be in the HiFi trade.
I am not currently seeking treatment for this.
