Cubes wont work. Try and figure it out why

A little clue one driver on the top and one on the front

Anyway Cubes are rare and far between. If I remember rightly of the new acrylic ones there are about eight pairs in the UK and one pair in Belgium and one pair in Luxembourg.

You still haven't given us a full report on the Cubix, have you

Whilst i am not 100% sure , I think realistic was sold by american chain store [ tandy / radio shack ] in the 80's , I have doubts they would have cost £500 and would be anything special . I could of course be wrong .

They would have been good for £59 but not the most refined... A bit like Cerwin-Vega! IIRC.

Realistic was like those White van man speakers being sold on the doorstep. Looked OK outside, not much inside.

Addictive aint it......

The K701's arrived this morning, lovely sounding things. I was initially a little worried by the apparent lack of LF but further listening has shown it is there, just not artificially pronounced like my previous headphone's [Superlux HD662]. Massive soundstage, literally shut your eye's and your there - The polar opposite to Grado's "wall of sound" but thats not to say one is better than the other... After all they're only headphones why not own one of each flavour ?

You got the Pioneers yet Doc ?
