Just a thought - I know that in most countries' laws nowadays there is something that can be described as "causing death by negligence"
Not sure about UK in 1940s thought
- So if Churchill was not straight "murderous racist" he should be charged with mentioned earlier "causing death by negligence" at least. Fact that he "saved UK" during war somehow is not good enough argument that we should forget 3 mil deaths.

Simple math really - given opportunity Churchill could be responsible for 3 time as many deaths as Hitler was in the same time period...
