The only half-decent one among the "top tier" royals is and has been for many years now, Princess Anne. Purely my personal opinion, obviously. She seems to take her responsibilities quite personally, doesn't shirk them, and doesn't go looking for headlines. Quite the reverse in fact unless her name can add cachet to a worthy cause.

I find it quite endearing that the Mail/Express have taken a benefit claiming asylum seeker who was rescued from a cardboard box by the RN so much to their collective hearts. If only they extended that courtesy to other poor souls in distress..
