In my opinion, the only good thing about it is that Johnson & Gove will be toast within the next 3 years.
I think Johnson will be gone within six months, "to spend more time with my family" , job (Brexshite) done. He won't want to be around to face the music amidst the pandemic.

That's fine if you think Starmer and his gang will make a better job of not fucking up the UK.

I think they'd be a slightly worse flavour of the same basic thing. Because they will increase Government spending at an even faster rate than Boris's Gang.

I will reiterate my views on the Brexit thing. A rich and privaliged elite want us out of thd EU to further their own ends and bugger the consequences. They are backed by the Murdoch empire and installed Demonic Dom at the helm. Four years later he was pulling the strings of their puppet PM.

I was thinking about this new customs border around Kent, and lorries not being allowed to enter Kent without a permit.

Well, Dover's in Kent.

Does that mean the lorries sailing into Dover will have to park up outside the 12-mile limit until somebody rows ashore with the permit?

Encouraged? What the fuck does that mean? He's a grown man who, when these words were spoken was the leader of what is currently the ruling political party in the country, and shortly after, became Prime bloody Minister of said country. And he was "encouraged." Give me an effin' break.

I'm inclined to share that point of view Lindsay, and I am still hopeful that a sensible deal with the EU will be done.
