This in turns reminds me that Johnson and Cummings saturated the press with the news of this world beating tracking app and a very dry and insightful Kier Starmer replied by saying right now given all the other failed government initiatives the British public would be happy with an adequate tracking app ~~~ and that still holds true.

The only thing that surprises me with this government is when they get it right or tell the truth . I'm not surprised very much by them then

It all makes sense now.

Boris & Dominic et al are NOT the incompetent inbred scions of generations of upper middle class mediocrity. Whilst you could be forgiven for mistaking them for this, no they are the second generation product of cold war sleeper agents , who's disillusioned parents, after establishing themselves at the heart of British 'society' in the 1950's, slept. Faithfully awaiting a call from the Kremlin that never materialised. The 1980's came and the USSR collapsed, taking with it their parents hopes and dreams. Meanwhile baby Boris & Dominic were festering away at university, even more confused, but nevertheless still infused with hardcore Comintern teachings.

Fast forward to Putin's ascension to power, Russia resurgent, the KGB re branded and revitalised . Hidden in a dark deep file in the bowels of the Lubyanka were two files on former agents the 'Cummings & Johnson' families. Handlers were dispatched to the UK to see if they were still loyal to the cause. Unfortunately for Putin the original agents prove to be past their prime and in no position to help the cause. However both pairs of agents had produced progeny - Boris & Dominic. Investigation proved very quickly that this pair could very quickly and easily be molded into a 21st century Comintern version of the Chuckle Brothers whose motto was 'Disrupt, Disorientate, Disappear.

Plan A was of course Brexit, and lets face it they (from Vlad's perspective) have truly exceeded expectations. To miss quote Dildo Harding, Covid 19 was the cherry on top.

Both Boris & Dominic can expect something nice in their Christmas bonuses from Vladimir this year.

MATT HANCOCK: "We've agreed to join forces with Google and Apple, to bring the best bits of both systems together."

THE DEPT. OF HEALTH: "The NHS's digital innovation unit has indeed discussed its ambitions with Apple. NHSX has been working with Google and Apple extensively since their API [application programming interface ] was made available,"

DOWNING STREET: The government [has] "worked closely with Apple and Google".

APPLE: "We don't know what they mean by this hybrid model. They haven't spoken to us about it." It told the BBC it had "nothing further to add".

MATT HANCOCK: "Measuring distance is clearly mission critical to any contact-tracing app."

APPLE took the unusual step of saying it was also unaware of an issue regarding distance-measuring, which was flagged by Health Secretary Matt Hancock in Thursday's daily briefing.

APPLE: "It is difficult to understand what these claims are as they haven't spoken to us."

A Downing Street spokesman said the government, "continued to work closely with both Apple and Google on the app, and had done so since development began".

"We've agreed with them to take forward our work on estimating distance through the app that we've developed and work to incorporate that into their app," he said.

Apple and Google have not created an app. What they have built is a software tool which enables contact-tracing apps to work more smoothly with both iPhones and Android devices, but which does not store any data centrally.

More shambolic lies from the government then. SNAFU.

They don't seem to care what lies they tell or whether they get found out or not.

This government really needs to be held to account for this whole shambles . One of the few people who asks the awkward questions is Piers Morgan ( no I'm not usually a fan ) and therefore government ministers refuse to appear on his programme .

I have high hopes for Keir Starmer , however , he is limited by his position in Parliament .
