Being grown up is overrated in my (juvenile) opinion.

I'm sorry if "slimy turd" caused offence, but it seemed to me no worse than "fuckwit" which other posters have used to describe persons.

Whatever, I would not trust anything Gove has said, or will say.

One of the many reasons not to like or trust Gove is he is Murdoch's eyes and ears in the cabinet and that's enough for me to very strongly dislike him. Having stated my primary reason for disliking him I think he is probably one of the more capable cabinet members and was doing a decent job as the minister for the environment, rural affairs and food before the election. Finally as for him having a better grasp for information and numbers than Johnson, well that isn't exactly difficult is it

When Michael Gove pulled out of Johnson's leadership team at the last minute, leaving the way clear for Theresa May to become PM, he said that Johnson lacked focus, clarity and thoroughness.

This supports my long held view that Johnson has been content to let Demonc Dom more or less run the country, including making the decision on the Brexshite election, and choosiing who should be Ministers and their advisors. When Johnson was not on the scene in February when the Coronavirus alarm bells were ringining, Demonic Dom was stearing us to catastrophe. It strikes me that Fuckwitt's muddled anouncement yesterday had been hastily watered down from what Demonic Dom had originally prepared. What could not be removed was the replacement of "home" with "alert" as this was already public domain.

There is a golf course with 15 holes in Wales and 3 in England. The police in Wales will be fining anyone who crosses the border. I can go fishing on Wednesday but will have to cross the Severn Bridge.

The Boarder Esk has (surprise surprise) one side of the river bank in Scotland and the other river bank in England. Best of luck trying to manage that

One could argue that being in a closed car alone, or with members of ones immediate family, is as safe as being cooped up at home.

But, being involved in an accident could cause the emergency services a problem.

So is driving 2 miles to the nearest park any worse than driving 100 miles to a beauty spot ?

I'd say yes, because there's no way one could predict whether the destination would be empty of people, or crowded. A difficult one for the Police.

The thing is, you're allowed to visit your mum OR your dad, but not your mum AND dad. According to Glorious Leader yesterday you are restricted to visiting one family member living outside your home, that was the point I was trying to get a chuckle out of.

The government have got themselves in a bind. They are talking about each of us applying common sense but are then applying random, arbitrary rules. Good luck to the police when they try to enforce any of that...
