At the last GE, I pulled out Labours manifesto from the Gruniad and kept it im my car and gradually read it over a few days. I dont bother reading any others as i am a lifelong Labour voter. It was the best Manifesto I have ever read. Corbin and mac would make a good double act for me. Not for everybody i suppose.

I object to increases in Government spending.

On the basis that this increases my total taxation burden, which is already over two thirds of what I earn.

Corbyn is a closet Brexiteer who sees the bufoon at number ten and the present crisis as his only possibility of obtaining power.

I object to anyone who seems to have forgotten we have already had the 'Peoples Vote'. The result was we leave the EU.

So, when Labour were supporting Brexit and not another referendum, you were OK with Corbyn?

Labour would spend on infrastructure and services that benefit the whole of society and would concentrate tax rises on corporations. Where is your 'tax burden' currently being spent?

I can't find that in the Labour Policy documentation.

Is that in their 2017 manifesto? Or, was it agreed at their 2018 conference?

The Chartered Institue of Taxation make no mention of it: https://www.tax.org.uk/media-centre/blo ... utumn-2018

For many years I had no doubt that Anna Friel would sleep with me, if she could.

Our grasp of reality would seem to be on a par...albeit my bias has less impact on the future of the country.

Seriously, any genuine evidence for your statement?
