As someone once said, 'You can pretty much guarantee that any country with the word "'Democratic' in its name definitely isn't.' If I recall correctly he was talking about the Democratic Republic of Congo at the time, which is actually another "twofer" as it's got the word Republic in it as well. 'Congo' is, I believe, relatively accurate, as is 'Korea.'
