Its daft, they are already on a death sentence. Once you get over 70 you should have the freedom to kill anyone you like :lol: :lol: :lol:

So is the 19 year old, it just will take longer on average to play out.

The only rational response for everybody younger than that is to kill everyone when they get to (or past) 70.

No. If you break into someone's home then you should have no expectation of safety.

On a 78 yr old man going to prison, it should be just the same as a 19 year old. What if he was a pedal or Nazi criminal. The law should not discrimate age. Just ask Rolf Harris.
The stab wound was in the chest which indicates he was not escaping when it happened.

Absolutely! How the hell should anyone be able to fall back on their own human rights while they are in the process of actively removing someone else's?

The dead man was wanted by the police for a burglary last year and was on their most wanted list in 2013. Good riddens. :guiness;

Good riddance? This is burglary, not paedophilia or serial rape or murder. No he shouldn't have been there, and yes he's probably a real scumbag. But we don't know what happened. That's why we have due process. He's been arrested on suspicion of murder which means the Police get involved and undertake an investigation. Because he's 78 is irrelevant. He's out on bail which probably I wouldn't be if in a similar situation. Let's see this as it is and not let emotion and hysteria get in the way of what simply has to be done.
