Nothing drastic, just know how sensitive those Darlingtons are as to how they are fixed. Get it wrong and magic smoke is a certainty.

You use it, have been doing it for years, I know very little about transistors, so for me, the glue option was a no-brainer.
I won't say anymore on this thread as it is off topic, but why try to reinvent the wheel, when there is someone who knows what they are doing, that can help out?
My fear with bolts is not mounting the device properly and ending up with a short and a bang.
