Even slower, about 10 secs per page load. It is embarrassing to visit other forums and see how fast they are.

No its not, that last one took an age, it varies hour by hour.

We have 107,000 posts and plenty of attachments, avatars etc.
Are we starting to operate outside the 'comfort' range of our current hosting package?
