Double posting

Do we have a problem?
I have noticed several double posts, new threads and individual posts in threads, over the past couple of days.

Some posts seem to be taking a long time to go through, so I wonder if it's down to people getting impatient and hitting "Submit" multiple times.

Some of my posts have been appearing more than once and I have been deleting them.

Similar issue here.
It takes an age to accept my post, but the submit tab remains red and locks/blocks further attempts.

It just did it to me. I pressed 'Submit', the site hung, two copies of my post eventually appeared. No double presses from me, just a double post generated by the site, it seems.
