Sorry, should have added drinking milk is a good reliever for eating chilli's.

A mate (now sadly deceased) and fellow regular at my local watering hole used to grow his own chillies. One day a young lad was being a complete knob in the bar. My mate waited for him to be distracted and then squeezed chilli juice into his newly poured pint of lager and around the lip of the glass. The hotter he got, the more he drank...the more we rolled around on the floor. Not seen said knob in pub since.
