That's what I loved about Yes Minister/ Yes Prime Minister because there was a so much truth in it.

Comedy of old was so much cleverer than the crap we have to endure theses days. There again today's poor comedy serves to provide far more listening time. Those PC Liberals need to lighten up and have a laugh and the best place they could start is by laughing at themselves an join in he fun because every one else is laughing at them!

French Presidential candidate Macron has threatened a 'Frexit' if there are no large-scale revisions in the political structure of the EU. Perhaps he is just trying to pull votes away from extremist Marie Le Pen - but with all of the uncertainty surrounding the Brexit farce the rest of the EU won't want the hassle of losing another major member-state.

Macron's the archetypal chancer pandering to the French people on the back of LePen's arguments. The difference being that he'd drop them like a sinker once in power for his establishment bankrollers. Funny thing is Le Pen's economic model is flawed as it's protectionist - just like the EU's! Rather ironic that ?

Well the EU's many Commisioners and Presidents had better wake up and listen to the peoples of the remaining major states for a change, instead of being so damned anti democratic. My feeling it the EU is nearing (if not already past) the point of no return, it's doomed to collapse within the next 5 years unless they change their policies pronto.

Anyone who enjoyed Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister might like to give "The Thick of It" a go. Malcolm tucker IS the anti-Humphrey.
