Brussels ate my interconnect...who's to blame for Brexit?
They say it takes two to make a relationship...and two to break it.
Where does the blame lie for the UK/EU divorce?
Will the negotiations be plagued by blunder, bluster and fudge...or should we just call them Johnson, Fox and Davis?
Will the latest 'Delors' give it the big 'up yours''?
Will Scotland build an escape oil pipe under the North Sea and start using olive oil to fry mars bars?
Will Nigel Farage disappear up his own independence?

Re: Brussels ate my interconnect...who's to blame for Brexit
It's official, straight from the horse's arse, Slimy Sean Spicer tells us that the President was a "leader in the effort to call Brexit" He went on to talk bollocks announce that Dodgy Don was “well steeped” in world affairs, especially issues relating to Europe and Nato." “He was a leader in the effort to call for Brexit,” he told reporters at the White House.
So, we can now blame Trump for Brexit. Job done! Just a brief reminder though, in an interview last summer with Michael Wolff for The Hollywood Reporter, the presumptive Republican nominee appeared to suggest he was did not know the meaning of the world “Brexit”.

If that's what passes for "well steeped" in America....“And Brexit? Your position?” Mr Woolf asked.
“Huh?”
“Brexit.”
“Hmm.”
Trump was then told what the abbreviation meant.
He replied: “Oh yeah, I think they should leave."

If it was Trump, then it's the will of the Russians...
Would like to see The Donald get 'well steeped'

Re: Brussels ate my interconnect...who's to blame for Brexit
Well not necessarily so , the Brexit majority was 1,300,000. 600,000 people die per year and 800,000 reach voting age per year .
Thus if you take these death votes away from the majority in the same ration as over 65s voted last year and the new 18 years old voted in the same percentage , it is probable that majority would disappear . Cameron got the timing wrong .

Illogical logic the dead over 65s are being replaced with new over 65s, and old 18 have become 19.

In the USA, I guess we'll see if Abe was right

THE EU BROKE MY STAIRLIFT!
A Southport pensioner has offered a unique reason to back Brexit - she reckons the EU left her stranded on her broken-down stairlift.
The woman, who asked no to be named, said EU regulations were to blame for leaving her helpless when the lift at her home broke.
She told Visiter.co.uk...
She continued: “We are not legally married to the EU. This is a separation.”

The woman, who has lived in the town all her life, has also issued a request for people to stop referring to Brexit as a ‘divorce’.“I’m in favour of Brexit because European regulations let me down."
“I use an electric chairlift to get up and down the stairs. I was carrying something heavy on my arm as I was coming down the stairs and my chairlift suddenly stopped on me."
“According to the manufacturer, EU regulations meant an unnecessary on-off switch was put on the chair. The parcel I was carrying knocked this switch on and I was left stranded halfway up the stairs."
“The EU is nonsense. We need to leave otherwise we’ll be bankrupted.”
She continued: “We are not legally married to the EU. This is a separation.”

Re: Brussels ate my interconnect...who's to blame for Brexit
It isn't . If we have the vote again and nobody changes their mind . Upwards of 2/3 of the people who died voted remain . So that's 400,000 or so of the exit vote.Dr Bunsen Honeydew wrote:Illogical logic the dead over 65s are being replaced with new over 65s, and old 18 have become 19.
if we then assume that those who were 17 and now 18 will vote in the same percentage as 18 years olds did last time then you got another 600,000 votes for the remain.
So the vote will be nearly 50/50 if nobody voted differently simply on account of population shift .
The fact is , if we had the vote again it would 65% remain , cause all of the benefits of leaving have turned out to be lies .
